This week's couple Jerrah and Zac are embarking on a life-changing search to find a house plan that will allow their family to grow. They are also searching for land to build on. So Walt Collins makes the trip to Newcastle to give them a hand!

House 1
Well Walt certainly started big! This stunning home, complete with huge kitchen and open plan living, was a bit above budget but became a serious contender when Jerrah fell in love! The Panorama from NcDonald Jones Homes is an epic example of affordable luxury home building.
House 2
House 2 was the famous Lisbon from Coral Homes, with us being amongst the first to look inside the new style that showcases an urban facade and luxe LA vibe inside. A great house that has numerous facade and floorplan options. That bedroom!!!!!!
House 3
In another addition to our 'first' collection- Walt gets the keys to Kenneth from Hunter Homes. The paint was still drying and the cushions were just being fluffed for our arrival! This was a stunning home and offered a lot of what this couple needed.

Hereford Hill
In Lochinvar, NSW we dropped in on an important new commu ity called Hereford Hill. It has quite a rural theme to it, with farm fances, green spaces and lots of open areas.
One to Watch!
This week's one to watch for land, is in Medowie and a community called The Gardens. There are competitively priced lots here of varying sizes.
