This week we're in the outer suburbs of Melbourne with Tim and Leah who have been saving hard during the pandemic, to buy their dream house off the plans. Leah likes to dream big whilst Tim is happier for a more modest build!

House 1
What a way to start the house hunt- this is the Tathra from Fairhaven Homes and really set the standard. A large, open plan double storey home that offers room to grow for any family. Tim instantly fell in love when he saw the alfresco area!
House 2
Boutique Homes' Ascot display was the next in line for Walt's shortlist this week. Whilst it was a huge home, there are scalable options for this design, which stood out for Leah and Tim. A Hampton's nod, luxe and homely vibes made this home a real contender.
House 3
To finish the day of display home touring, Walt brought Sam to the Santorini from Achieve Homes. This epic family home certainly offered lots in terms of space, functionality and style. But was it too much for Sam's investor hat?
