Callum and Gigi have four houses to view this week and there's a bit of tension as Gigi falls in love with the Hamptons, whilst Callum wants industrial and open plan. Sydney turns on the display homes for us this week!

House 1
The Robertson from Burbank Homes was a fantastic modern and stylish design that gave this couple room to have some me time each!
With a living area upstairs, and lots of natural light this one really caught Callum's eye
House 2
The house with the granny flat! This is the Grenache from Beechwood homes and comes complete with a granny flat and the loft space has been converted into your master room. Gigi was a little bit in love at first sight!
Callum is worried the battle is already lost!
House 3
Well didn't this house impress! Wide open plan living with a design made for split level blocks. Upstairs was an open plan kitchen and living and downstairs were the spare rooms and another rumpus room leading to outdoors. The Carolina from Montgomery Homes delivered!
House 4
House number 4 was this brand new display home from Allcastle- the Newbury. This house created a grown up, stylish and intelligent vibe. Stunning open plan living with large second story lifestyle. There was a real sense of forever home and Walt nearly moved in!

Progress Payments
Viktor explains to Walt how once approved, the money is then distributed for your build. If you're buying off the plans, the lender doesn't just transfer it into your account! A broker can help manage the progress payments and work with the builder to ensure things are done according to law!
