House 1
The Avalon from Montgomery Homes is a stunning and luxurious home with intelligent features. The guys loved the entrance from the garage straight into the butlers pantry! High ceilings, walk in robes- this house was fantastic
House 2
House number 2 was a brand new display home that opened only the day before we arrived! The Mooring from Hunter Homes is a great example of how you do single story homes without compromising on space and style.
House 3
Could this be one of the biggest and most expansive houses we've ever had on the show? Walt fell in love with the Anchorage from McDonald Jones Homes and so did Declan and Shev - but will it be enough to seal the deal?

Land release 1
Heritage Parc is a wonderful, established community near Newcastle. We loved the open parks, playgrounds and free street art that dots around the area. There are plenty of amenities in the area and its perfect for family life

The Bower in Medowie, close to Newcastle is a lush, leafy and bushland development. McCloy Group are behind this and have dedicated a vast amount of land to conservation. There are small and large lots available at varying prices.
