House 1
The first house in our most popular best-of was the stunning Belvidere from Simonds and the house with the curvy staircase!
Ryan and Carly were looking for a house to impress and Walt really delivered with this one!
House 2
The second most popular home across this first season of the show was the Synergy Premier Twin from Masterton- this was a monster of a house with its very own granny flat attached.
For our big spenders Chris and Tonje- this sealed the deal.

House 3
The third and final house of the series was the Lonsdale 409 from Fairhaven Homes- and on Sarah's wish-list was style, space and grandeur. Well... this did deliver but it was a fair bit over her budget. Was this the most impressive Master Bedroom yet?

Land release 1
